The Pike County Chamber of Commerce is kicking off a Business Education Seminar Series with its first seminar entitled: What’s Your Plan? Learn about Business Plans & Pick an Option That Works for You! Whether you are in business or considering starting a business, a plan is crucial to your success. In this session you will begin to construct the pieces of the plan or update what you already have. From the executive summary to the financial projections, Donna Simpson, Consultant Manager of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will provide tips and resources to make writing a plan easier. This session is for anyone seeking clarity on the direction of their business.
The Business Plan Seminar will be held on April 28th at the Pike County Public Library in Milford, PA in the downstairs meeting room from 5:30p.m. to 7:00p.m. The cost is free for Pike County Chamber members or $20.00 for non-members. Whether you are starting your business from scratch with ideas or you want to dust off and update your current business plan, this would be for you. DV Future Business Leaders and Pike Chamber Looking for Support

The Delaware Valley School’s Future Business Leaders of America Class and the Pike County Chamber of Commerce are looking for support from the community to help make their 1st Annual Tricky Tray fundraiser a success. The event will be held on Saturday, April 25th at the Delaware Valley Middle School Gym in Milford, PA.
The Pike County Chamber is working in conjunction with the Delaware Valley School’s Future Business Leaders in an effort to showcase local and surrounding businesses to the community. Businesses/organizations are asked to donate trays of items that include their products or gift certificates for their services to promote their businesses. We are also accepting trays/baskets from individuals. All baskets must be submitted with the identity of the business or individual that donated it. All tray/basket donations must have a minimum value of $30.00 and Grand Prize tray/basket donations must have a minimum value of $100.00 to $500.00 or more. Any individual or business/organization may donate more than one tray/basket. Tricky Tray donations are a great way to promote your business while supporting local youth. Chamber members and non-members are welcome to donate.

In addition, monetary donations and gift cards are graciously accepted to help purchase additional items for Grand Prize trays/baskets. All proceeds will benefit the DV Future Business Leaders of America and the Pike County Chamber of Commerce.

All donated trays/baskets must be brought to the Pike County Chamber offices at 209 East Harford Street in Milford no later than Monday, April 20th.
