Milford's 8th annual Share The Harvest party will be held Tuesday September 8th to benefit our local Ecumenical Food Pantry. Thanks to those who participated last year, the Milford Music Festival was able to make a $2,000 cash donation and significant food donation to help neighbors in need. With your help, the MMF hopes to match that donation this year.
Featuring favorite dishes from 15 of Milford's favorite food purveyors like Fretta's Italian Specialties, The Waterwheel Cafe and Jorgenson's at The Dimmick, live music by Leo B as well as dozens of great prizes donated by area businesses, this event promises to be one of the most memorable of the year. Join your neighbors in sampling the scrumptious fare of Milford kitchens in St Patrick's Church Hall at 4th and E High Streets from 6-9pm.
Attendees are asked to bring non-perishable food items to the party. Each item is a chance to win; bring 10 items, receive 10 raffle tickets. Prizes include gift certificates to Milford businesses and wonderful gift items from your favorite stores. 50/50 raffle tickets will also be sold with a cash prize estimated at $250.
Donations to the Milford food pantry are critical to a number of families in our community. Share The Harvest is a way to enjoy an evening out with friends and neighbors while supporting this worthy cause.
Tickets are limited to 150 guests and sold in advance starting 8/24. They are available at The Craft Show (120 E Harford St) and are $25 in advance or $30 at the door (if still available). Reserved tables for 8 are $200 and are available by calling Amy at #296-5662.
