Access Physical Therapy & Wellness salutes ‘amazing’ customer service employees

Campbell Hall-based Access Physical Therapy & Wellness offices will salute customer service employees in its 18 offices in three states during Customer Service Week, Oct. 6-10.
“Companies around the world will highlight the invaluable work of their frontline employees during Customer Service Week – and we want all our customers to know that we think our customer service employees are among the very best,” said Stephen Albanese, who founded Access in Montgomery 11 years ago with his brother, Christopher Albanese, and their respective spouses, Shannon Albanese and Janet Albanese.
Access now has 18 offices in three states, 14 of those in the Hudson and Delaware river valleys – in Orange, Sullivan, Ulster, Rockland and Westchester counties, and in Pike County, Pa. The company also has three offices in North Carolina and one in Allentown, Pa. Access has twice been honored as one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York by the New York State Society for Human Resource Management and Best Companies Group.
“Our company’s growth is due largely to the amazing service our customer service specialists provide to our clients. Access clients know that, when they visit or call our offices, they’ll be treated with cheerful kindness, professionalism and respect. Providing a world-class customer service experience is what Access Physical Therapy & Wellness is all about.”
Physical, occupational, speech and industrial therapy patients visiting Access offices the week of Oct. 6-10 will find office staff and therapists dressing down, sharing snacks and celebrating various international themes.
“Our team and patients love celebrating this week because it is fun, boosts morale, motivation and teamwork,” said Albanese.
