The United Way of Pike County Welcomes Attorney Kelly Gaughan!
Milford, PA – James Baron, Esquire, UWPC Treasurer and Patrick Kiesendahl, UWPC President welcome Attorney Kelly Gaughan to the United Way Board of Directors.
Kelly A. Gaughan, Esquire is an experienced attorney in family and criminal law with a vested interest in protecting our children. She graduated from the University of Scranton with B.S. in criminal justice in December 1994, and graduated from Seton Hall School of Law with her J.D. in 1998. She is admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. After doing internships with the Lackawanna County Office of the District Attorney and a clerkship with Judge Innes in the drug court a Mercer County, New Jersey, she joined the law firm of Levy, Stieh and Gaughan, P.C. in September 1999 and has been the Vice President of the firm since 2003.
Attorney Gaughan is married to Delaware Valley School District Police Officer Martin Gaughan and lives in Milford Pennsylvania with her husband and their two children. Attorney Gaughan is deeply involved is her community. She serves on the board of directors for the Center for Developmental Disabilities, VetStock and now United Way of Pike County. She is a member of the Milford-Matamoras Rotary Club and Pike County United Women. She recently served as moderator at a symposium on child abuse and has served as faculty on several continuing legal education programs in Northeast Pennsylvania. She helps lead the middle school youth group at St. Patrick’s Church. She is the secretary of the Pike County Bar Association and serves on their charitable donations committee. Attorney Gaughan is also a member of the Pike County Republican Committee and the Pike County Council of Republican Women.
