Amy Litzenberger Named New Director At Dimeco, Inc.


John S. Kiesendahl, Chairman of the Board, and Gary C. Beilman, President and chief executive officer of The Dime Bank, announced Amy Litzenberger as the newest board member to join the eight existing Directors serving The Dime Bank and Dimeco, Inc. (OTC (Pink:DIMC),parent of the company The Dime Bank.
Ms. Litzenberger comes to Dimeco, Inc. with a proven record of success in business development and corporate finance. Her professional experience spans both the corporate and non-profit worlds. Much of her early career was spend in New York, NY. She has been involved in almost all aspects of corporate finance mergers and acquisitions, and consolidations. Her work included identifying, evaluating, structuring, and negotiating transaction; complex financial modeling;performing due diligence and financial consulting. Her current position is that of president of Haverford Penn Financial, a financial consulting firm. She co-founded and serves as chair of Take The Lead, a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to bring women to leadership parity. In 1999, Amy and her husband, Robert, purchased property in Shohola and constructed a home where they now reside with two sons. Since that time, Ms. Litzenberger has been actively involved in the local community, with much of that centered in the greater Pike County, PA region. Amy is a member of the Board Of Directors and one of the founders of the Kindred Spirts Arts Program. Since 2009, Ms. Litzenberger has served on the Annual Gala Dinner Committee for the Delaware Highlands Conservancy. Additionally, she has served as the co-head of the Milford Music Festival,as a member of the Dinner Committee for the center for Development Disabilities' annual dinner and as a member of the advisory Board of the Black Bear Film Festival. Ms. Litzenberger graduated from Vassar College with general academic honors and department honors in Psychology and received and MBA in finance from New York University, Graduated School Of Business Administration.
